Return Policy
 
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you've made a mistake and don't want the item, that's OK.
 
All we request is that you follow these instructions . . .
 
  • Contact our customer service department and request a Return Authorization number (RA)
  • Please ensure you include this RA number with your returned item to enable us to process your refund promptly.
  • Provided you do the following, we’ll be more than happy to refund your purchase
    • The item returned to us is in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels complete and intact.
    • Within 10 days of sending your order, you notify us with your intention to return the goods
    • The item is NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive it back
    • The returned item is received by us within 14 days of us providing you with an RA number
    • All return postage / freight cost are paid by you
  • We will refund you the amount you paid for the items returned, less a restocking fee of $9.99
 
Damaged or Faulty Items
 
Our Warranty ensures that the product ordered by you is in good working order and is able to be used as intended.
Under the warranty provisions, Mosh Pty Limited will repair or replace the item, if we are unable to repair or replace the damaged item, Mosh Pty Limited will completely refund your purchase price.
If you receive a damaged item and wish to receive a replacement, please email photos of both the damaged and the packaging.
 
Exclusions
 
If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, Mosh Pty Limited expressly excludes any liability.
